Limitations
The Wheelhouse Tour will initially be offered only:
• on weekends
• to up to 10 individuals
• 12 years of age or older
• at the following times:
– mornings at 10:15 AM and 11:15 AM
– afternoons at 2:45 PM and 3:45 PM
• subject to weather conditions:
– rain, wind, and heat may cause cancellation.
Considerations
A visit to the Wheelhouse entails, in succession:
• ascending two 14-step grand staircases,
• exiting through a watertight door
• walking the length of the ship
• climbing up two 10-rung exterior ladders
The Wheelhouse is located 5 stories above the dock.
Returning from the Wheelhouse entails reversing the ascent, including climbing down the two 10-rung exterior ladders while facing outwards.
